You’ll typically find it in the refrigerated beverage cooler alongside other bottled iced teas, lemonades, and ready‑to‑drink coffees — often grouped near cold juices and grab‑and‑go drinks. Its occasions are everyday: family picnics, backyard barbecues, quick pantry restocks for busy weeks, or when someone wants a sweet taste without sugar. The Turkey Hill brand positions itself as a family‑friendly, regional American label that leans on nostalgia and reliability rather than high‑end craft claims; marketing emphasizes refreshment, value, and family moments. The label leans into health halos common to diet beverages — zero calories and “diet” front‑of‑pack — while also using “natural flavors” and a freshness claim (bottled cold, shipped cold, sold cold); there is no organic certification or prominent kid‑targeted cartooning. Processing context: this is a highly processed, shelf‑stable refrigerated beverage that uses non‑nutritive sweeteners and preservatives. Sensory details: pours thin and effervescent‑free from a plastic half‑gallon bottle, bright iced‑tea color with a light lemon lift, smooth mouthfeel with a faint astringency and the characteristic aftertaste of aspartame; best served over ice from a glass or plastic cup. Rituals include grabbing a bottle for a summer gathering, refilling a pitcher for guests, or packing a chilled bottle for a road trip. ## Diet flags - Vegan - Vegetarian - Gluten-free - Dairy-free ## Nutrition - **Serving size:** 12 fl oz - **Servings per container:** 5 - **Calories:** 0 - **Total fat:** 0g (0% DV) - **Saturated fat:** 0g (0% DV) - **Sodium:** 20mg (1% DV) - **Total carbs:** 1g (0% DV) - **Protein:** 0g ## Ingredients Water, Tea, Citric Acid, Aspartame (Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine), Sodium Citrate, Lemon Juice Solids, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate (Preservatives). ## Flagged ingredients - **Potassium Sorbate** (preservative): Synthetic preservative - **Sodium Benzoate** (preservative): Synthetic preservative ## Context tags - **Occasions:** weekend-brunch, game-day-prep, road-trip - **Vibes:** nostalgic, convenient, practical ## FAQ ### Is Turkey Hill Diet Iced Tea healthy?
